You may give us: name, work or personal email, phone number, employer, state, age range, plan/asset range, notes, and appointment date/time.

We automatically collect traffic data such as IP address, browser, device, pages viewed, referring URL, and approximate location.

3. How we use it

Schedule and confirm the appointment you requested
Email, call, or text you about that appointment (including reminders)
Share your booking details with the licensed representative assigned to the appointment
Operate, secure, and improve the Sites and measure campaign performance
Comply with law and prevent fraud or abuse

If you give a mobile number and submit the form, you agree we and the assigned representative may contact you by call or text about that request. Reply STOP to opt out of texts. Message and data rates may apply.

4. How we share it

We share your name, contact information, and appointment details with the licensed professional (and their firm) who will take the meeting you booked. That is required to fulfill the request.

We also share information with vendors who host email, SMS, calendars, and this website, only as needed to run the Services.

We do not sell your phone number to unrelated marketers. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety.

5. Cookies and ads

We and our providers use cookies, pixels, and similar tools for the site to work, to remember choices, and to measure whether an email or ad led to a visit or booking. You can block cookies in your browser; some features may break. We do not respond to every browser “Do Not Track” signal.

6. Retention and security

We keep booking records as long as needed to provide the Services, resolve disputes, and meet legal requirements, then delete or de-identify them. No transmission over the internet is perfectly secure.

7. Your choices (including California)

You may request access to or deletion of personal information we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. We will need to verify your identity. California residents may also request the categories of information collected and the categories of parties we shared it with for the appointment. We will not discriminate against you for exercising those rights.

8. Children

The Services are not directed at anyone under 18. Do not submit information if you are under 18.

9. Changes

We will post updates on this page. Continued use after the date above means you accept the revised Policy.
